Most feelings and reactions to #COVID19 are: FEAR, INSECURITY, UNCERTAINTY, ANGER, SADNESS, AGGRESSION, POLARISATION, POWERLESSNESS, FRUSTRATION, ISOLATION, DEPRESSION, SUSPICION, WORRY, PANIC and similar.
Imagine what can develop and grow from such feelings?
Or worse: HORRIBLE SCENARIOS worsening the situation for 500%
I don’t say all the above feelings and responses are inappropriate on the situation we are in.
But we can choose!
We have a #choice to #SURRENDER, #THINKPOSITIVE, BE #GRATEFUL, FOCUS ON GOOD, EMBRACE CHANGE, CALM DOWN, #REINVENTOURSELVES, #CARE BETTER FOR OURSELVES & OTHERS, FOSTER #CREATIVITY WITHIN US & OTHERS, #CONNECT WITH NATURE DAILY, COOK #HEALTHY#FOOD etc.
Such responses are like fertile soil for positive development and growth, contagious just as virus and help others to switch their mindset on positive, too.
We have now a great learning opportunity about WHAT IS IMPORTANT, about OUR VALUES & OUR NEEDS and about OUR INNER SELVES.
We learned and are still learning about #remotework, #digitaltransformation, adaptability and flexibility.
Perhaps the best option after things become less uncertain would be 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days of #homeoffice or healthy remote work from #nature.
