Character is about values, integrity, ethics and how well you handle situation when nothing goes by plan.
Having values: is not about talking and thinking about them, it's not even about good intentions. It is only about deeds, reactions and actions.
Especially actions, because the world or situation is not ever bad because of those few people who do bad things, but because of those who do nothing (about it).
Yes, if you want to succeed or win, you need to be courageous and let yourself be vulnerable to stand out, take some risk, expose yourself, fight for what is important for making positive changes and so bring the difference to the world.
That's called impact. And that's CHARACTER.
