🌞 Dear people, go outdoors! 🌳

Go into the wild nature, by yourself, with a friend or with your family. Just don’t socialize and gather. Take YOURSELF IN THE BEAUTIFUL NATURE 🍀🏃🏽‍♀️

Go on the sun, in fresh air, into peaceful solitude. To clear your mind and fill your body with positive energy.☀️🤸🏽‍♀️

Fresh air and sunlight are natural disinfectants, kill viruses and other harmful germs. Even hospitalized patients are put in the sun and fresh air daily to get better faster and easier.

Social distancing does not mean you need to stay inside your home the whole day. It’s even safer to be outside than inside when it comes to disease transmission.

30 to 120 minutes of moderate to brisk activity daily helps our immune system keep viruses at bay.

If you live near forest or nature - GO OUTSIDE! Run, walk, jogg, bike or simply stroll and fill your lungs with the healing fresh air and pure sun shine. If are not close to nature and you have a car: take a ride away from the city, into the nature and do your daily exercise for body and soul.

Observe the beauty of nature waking up: colorful flowers are bursting, trees are getting dressed again. Listen to silent forest, birds singing, watch clouds dancing. Climb a hill or a mountain to get a view. And be grateful for it all!🙏
