We are not nouns. We are verbs. We are constantly developing, becoming.

"If you want to be a grocer, or a general, or a politician, or a judge, you will invariably become it; that is your punishment. If you never know what you want to be, if you live what some might call the dynamic life but what I will call the artistic life, if each day you are unsure of who you are and what you know you will never become anything, and that is your reward."

Oscar Wilde

I completely agree with Oscar Wilde. If you are something, you are just a noun. We are not nouns, we are verbs. I am not a thing - a leader, a manager, a mentor, a coach, a writer, a painter, a business woman, a dancer ... I am a person who does different things: I lead, I manage, I mentor, I coach, I write, I paint, I develop actions from ideas, I dance ...  and so much more.

So, I am many verbs. We are restricted and limited if we think of ourselves as nouns. As verbs we constantly develop certain skills or talents. It is a never completed improvement, a lifelong learning and becoming better. We develop, change, grow. We are constantly becoming.

I hope I will do so many different things, try out all kinds of activities, sports, jobs, skills ... I have no exact plan in the sense of length or in a timeline of years. I have a plan in width, in wide options, in infinite opportunities, in endless possibilities, as much as possible as soon as possible.

I do know I what will come next. I listen to my gut feeling and follow my curiosities.
